We enjoyed our last breakfast on the river ship this morning and after breakfast we boarded our coach heading to Brussels. The coach trip was pretty uneventful with a stop along the way to stretch the legs arriving in Brussels on time. On arrival in Brussels we were taken to the train station to catch the Eurostar train for our trip under the English Chanel to London, getting through the security and passport area was actually worse than going through an International Airport. It wasn’t too long and we were on our way onto the train, it surprised a few people how fast it went, everything was going past at a great rate of knots about 300 km an hour in some places. We arrived in London a bit later than expected but was all good, we got to our hotel for a welcome drink and then most of the group headed around the corner to the good old English pub for a pub meal, a couple of pints of Guinness and an early night, it was good to be in London safe and sound.
